WHAT FIRST SPARKED YOUR PASSION FOR FLORAL DESIGN?
Growing up in a family where both my parents built their lives around art, I was raised surrounded by creativity and culture. We traveled the world together, always visiting the museums and then wandering through the most beautiful gardens. Those early experiences quietly shaped the way I see the world.
Following my passion, I earned a master’s degree in fashion and fine arts and spent many years working in the fashion design industry. I was constantly drawn to the quiet beauty of flowers and the way nature can feel both delicate and powerful at the same time.
When the opportunity came, my three sisters and I, along with our 3 daughters, came together to create our own floral studio “Fiore x 7”. Where we stepped into the world of flowers with a shared belief that they have the power to bring joy into people’s lives in every moment, no matter the occasion. Guided by our motto, “Where art and fashion meet flowers,” we built something deeply personal, meaningful, and unique.
Today, when I begin a custom floral design, I see each space and vase as a canvas. I work with different flowers, colors, and textures to create movement, emotion, and harmony throughout the arrangement.
WITH MULTIPLE FLEURS DE VILLES SHOWS UNDER YOUR BELT, HAS THERE BEEN A SPECIFIC INSTALLATION THAT STANDS OUT TO YOU?
We have participated in Fleurs de Villes for three consecutive years, and each installation has been a truly inspiring experience that deepens our passion for creativity and design. For last year’s “Lion King Simba” masterpiece, we visited the African American Museum of Dallas to study Simba’s mask and also watched The Lion King Broadway show. These experiences helped us push our imagination further and bring his character to life through flowers, a project that was honored with the Most Creative Award. The most memorable moments were during the exhibition, seeing the smiles and admiration on the faces of both children and adults as they experienced the installation.
HAS YOUR FLEURS DE VILLES EXPERIENCE INFLUENCED YOUR APPROACH TO FLORAL DESIGN IN OTHER ASPECTS OF YOUR BUSINESS?
The Fleurs de Villes experience gave us the opportunity to expand our creativity and truly understand that creativity can be endless. We embraced this mindset and carry it into every floral design opportunity.
WHAT DO YOU ENJOY MOST ABOUT YOUR JOB?
Each day brings new excitement, challenges, and creativity that help me grow as a designer. Every design tells a story and creates a meaningful connection with each client.
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE FLOWER FACT?
Tulips continue to grow tall even after they are cut and placed in a vase, always reaching toward the light. They are a powerful symbol of resilience, enduring love, and the idea that beauty is always evolving as a living work of art.
WHAT'S YOUR FAVOURITE FLOWER-RELATED QUOTE OR SAYING THAT RESONATES WITH YOU?
“There are flowers everywhere for those who truly want to see them.” – Henri Matisse

A NOTE FROM FLEURS DE VILLES:
Upon our first foray into Dallas three years ago, little did we know we would be met with such a grand welcome and so much talent. Multiply that by 100 for the Fiore X 7 team. This family-run floral design shop is overflowing with creative vision that is only exceeded by passion, and further exceeded by kindness and the drive to go above and beyond. Those qualities were evident from the very start with their Dallas Symphony Orchestra mannequin, inspired by Richard Wagner’s Der Ring des Nibelungen and featuring an incredibly realistic floral likeness of conductor Fabio Luisi, complete with a tuxedo so meticulously crafted that every button, shirt detail, and tail felt like the real thing.
Year two saw the level go even higher with a celebration of The Lion King for Broadway Dallas. The intricate work on the lion mask and the painstaking attention to every detail of the costume brought the character to life in a truly remarkable way. Adding florals that cascaded from the piece created a sense of movement and allowed visitors to feel immersed in the design from every angle.
For 2026, Fiore X 7 showcased a softer, more seasonal side of its artistry for the Dallas Arboretum. We were excited to see the team swing to the other end of the floral spectrum, and they did not disappoint. Rather than approaching the theme literally, they created a multidimensional interpretation of Hunt Slonem’s work, featuring oversized floral motifs, an elegant dress, and bold spring colours. The result was playful, sophisticated, and utterly delightful, captivating visitors throughout the show and demonstrating yet again the team's remarkable versatility.
