This year we are happy to offer handled refreshing services for the duration of the LUNAIRE show. As discussed, there will be a cooler on site where you may leave 2–3 buckets of florals for our team to refresh with (this is the maximum bucket allowance per floral team).
1. If you plan to handle your own refreshing and will not need our assistance, please let us know as soon as possible.
2. If you plan to cover refreshing only part of the time, please indicate on the calendar linked here which days you will be covering. This will help us avoid overlapping coverage and allow us to schedule accordingly.
3. All flower buckets must be fully conditioned and in clean water. We will not be able to condition and replace water once they are in the cooler.
4. At the end of the show you are responsible for picking up any left over flowers in the cooler and disposing of buckets, water etc.
Refreshing may be done at any time during center hours. If you plan to come after center hours, please contact the FDV team with your exact arrival time, as coordination with security will be required.
