SUNDAY MARCH 8

Please refer to your individual strike and load-out time sent via email. It should take no more than 30 minutes to 1 hour to clear your mannequin & platform. Note that we are on a strict schedule to retrieve every location with a timed labour crew, so please take this into consideration.

MANNEQUIN PACKAGING STEPS:

  • Your mannequin must be cleaned & put back in the original box it was delivered to you in.
  • Please be gentle to avoid chipping or scratching off the paint.
  • ALL pieces must be inside including the base plate, the metal rod, any leftover paint, and the instructions.
  • Please leave the box at your install location; we will collect it. See reference image below of how to properly clean up your platform.

PLATFORM CLEAN-UP: You must clean off the entire platform. Please dry and wipe down the vinyl topper/cover so our crew can easily pack it up. Please see the photo attached for reference. Thanks!

LOADING DOCK: Enter and load out through the Bal Harbour Shops loading dock. The loading dock entrance is on 96th Street, and a sign above it reads, “SERVICE ENTRANCE." Once you enter, security and their team will guide you to the mall entrance.  

Please note that the Valet entrance that was used for set up is under construction and not available. Please use the loading dock only.

Signage: You are welcome to keep the printed sign that was placed next to your installation, if you wish. Just do not take the sign frame/holder!
Supplies:
You must bring all your own supplies. This includes a ladder, tarps, step stool, buckets, tools, trash bags/bins, etc. (anything you will need to take down your installation). Please bring towels, paper towels / wipes to dry off your platform.   Garbage disposal: Please bag up your garbage and bring it to the large trash bins in the loading dock. The loading dock is located next to the Goyard store on the Level 1. Our team will be onsite to help you guide you to the proper location. Trolly/Wagon: You must bring your own trolly/wagon!

Cooler Truck: You must remove all flowers and buckets from the cooler truck before departing. As a reminder, the cooler is located on Level 1, behind the Gucci store, and the lock code is 537.
